Worship Services For Adults
(Ages 12 and above)
Pine Valley Bible Church conducts worship services at two locations. The “West Campus” is located at the College of Biblical Studies, 7000 Regency Square Blvd., Houston, Texas 77036. The “East Campus” is the Pine Valley church building located at 4101 Grimes, Houston, Texas 77087 (click here for map).
Children’s Church
(Ages 3 through 11 years old)
Children's Church meets simultaneously with the adult worship services. We encourage parents to utilize this wonderful ministry where children receive exciting Biblical instruction on a level they can understand. If you are visiting us for the first time on a Sunday morning, please see any usher, and he will happily introduce you to the teacher for your child's age group.
Sunday Morning Children’s Church at the West Campus
- Pre-School Group – this group is for children who are 3 and 4 years old, and if they attend day school would be in “Pre-Kindergarten” or earlier classes. They meet in Room 242 on the second floor.
- Primary Group – this group is for children who are 5, 6, or 7 years old and are generally in grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade in school. They meet in Room 241.
- Junior Group – this group is for children who are 8, 9, 10, or 11 years old and are generally in 3rd through 6th grade in school. They meet in room 241.
Children’s Church grade-level promotions take place in August of each year.
Sunday and Wednesday Evening Children’s Church at the East Campus
Children’s Church is held in the Family Life Center on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for all children ages 3 through 11. The children all meet together in one class, where teachers engage them in prayer, singing, study time, and fun activities in which all children can participate and enjoy themselves.

Nursery
(Ages Infant through 2 years old)
The nursery is available for all worship services. Adult volunteers serve on a rotational basis to care for and nurture our babies and toddlers at Pine Valley Bible Church. The ratio of adults to babies is usually 1:2 or 1:3. If you are visiting our church for the first time and need to locate the nursery facility, please ask any of our ushers to guide you to the nursery. NOTE: Pastor Bumgardner requests that all infants and toddlers be placed in the Nursery and not taken into the worship service for adults where they may cause a distraction during the teaching of the Word of God.
Communion Services
Communion is celebrated the second Sunday of each month (with some rare exceptions) during the morning worship service. All believers, regardless of church affiliation, are welcomed to worship the Lord Jesus Christ by partaking of the communion elements.
Water Baptisms
Water Baptism is an outward expression of an inward conviction of faith in Jesus Christ. Believers who desire water baptism as a testimony to their faith may contact Pastor Bumgardner at 713.643.8736 or by email. Water baptisms are performed on an “as scheduled” basis and will be announced in the church bulletin. Church members are encouraged to participate as witnesses for these very meaningful services.
Prayer Meetings
At Pine Valley Bible Church, we believe prayer is an essential form of worship and that prayer makes a difference in the lives of people in our church and in our community. We welcome anyone who would like to join us at any of the following church-sponsored prayer meetings:
