Bruce M. Bumgardner, Pastor

Bruce received a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1997. He is an Adjunct Instructor for the College of Biblical Studies. Bruce is a regular speaker at Pastors' conferences and has taught in numerous locations throughout the United States and in many countries around the world.

Bruce has been the Pastor of Pine Valley Bible Church since its inception in 1994. Bruce and his wife, Cyndy, have been married since 1984; they have three children: Marcia, Bruce, Jr., and David.

Paul R. Shockley, Associate Pastor

Paul received a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2002. He is currently working on a Ph.D. in philosophy from Texas A&M University. Paul is an Assistant Professor at the College of Biblical Studies, a co-founder of The Center for Christian Apologetics, and has taught in several countries throughout the world.

Paul has been the Associate Pastor of Pine Valley Bible Church since 2004. Paul and his wife, Jill, were married in 1992 and have four children, Schaeffer, Spencer, Seth, and Julianna.

Daniel P. Enright, Director of Student Ministries

Dan is currently attending the College of Biblical Studies pursuing his degree in Christian Leadership.  He has been teaching the youth at Pine Valley since 2003 and was officially named the Director of Student Ministries in July, 2007.

Dan and his wife, Jennie, have been married since 1996 and have been attending Pine Valley Bible Church since 2001.

Deacons

The term "deacon" is derived from the Greek word diakonos, which is usually translated "servant" or "minister." The deacons are elected and authorized by the church members to serve the church in various ways, but primarily to assist the pastors with their ministries and help meet the physical needs of the congregation.
